Introducing Soil to Studio's newest collection of hand block-printed pillows - The Valley of Flowers edit. 

Inspired by the Valley of Flowers in the northern part of India, they've picked the prettiest colors and blooms for the Spring/Summer collection - deep red Roses to hot pink Peonies paired with delicate pastel wild roses, it’s full bloom in a burst of color. Add to that the vibrancy of nature—leafy fronds and glittering lakes with rays of sunshine bouncing off the water.

Delicately block-printed by a small cooperative run by master block-printers, in a small village near Jaipur. They are passionate about their craft and say ‘no’ to higher paying factory jobs because this is what they identify themselves with – "craft", which their fathers and grandfathers mastered and passed it down to them. What seems like a simple stamping process, requires incredible skill, practice and a very steady hand.
